Set in the heart of Hanoi's vibrant Old Quarter, the hotel's prime location ensured we were immersed in the bustling energy of the city. The staff, especially Jerry and Dave, were exceptional, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable.The hotel itself boasts spacious rooms with all the modern amenities, including air conditioning, flat-screen TVs with satellite channels, and private bathrooms featuring a luxurious bidet. The warm welcome drink upon arrival set the tone for our delightful stay. The staff's attention to detail extended to the on-site restaurant, where we indulged in delicious French, Vietnamese, and Asian cuisine.Not only did the hotel offer excellent room service and housekeeping, but they also provided a paid airport shuttle service, making our travels seamless and stress-free. The tours/ticket assistance available ensured we could easily explore popular local attractions nearby.
